    How the scoring works

    Eligibility criteria are yes/no: one “no” discards the programme. Only criteria that tell eligible programmes apart are scored 0–10, and the final score is their average. Pro accounts then see the open calls for the 3 best-fitting programmes, with the date of the last refresh. Calls come from the free nightly EU portal sync; only an admin can refresh the others with AI web search.

    Expert list

    Experts apply at sign-up. Check their experience, the programmes they took part in, their website and VAT, then approve them. Approved experts see the requests from companies in their countries and fields. An expert who misses 2 turnarounds is suspended automatically.

    Everything users send with the 💬 Feedback button: problems, suggestions and questions on any topic, with the account type, page and device. Set a status to track what was done.

    Programme catalogue

    The reference list every match runs against. Click a row to edit; changes apply to every user immediately. Untick “active” to retire a programme.

    AI refresh of other programmes

    Every night, for free: the EU portal calls are synced, and 12 pages of the programmes the portal does not cover (partnerships, INTERREG, KICs, EIB/EIF finance, national tax credits…) are checked; a changed page is read by the free Gemini model (column “Nightly page watch”). You can also check up to 3 pages now, or start a deeper AI web search with Claude, which has a small API cost you confirm first.

    Live calls register

    EU portal calls sync every night (free). Calls found by AI search are marked and wait for your review: approve, change the status or delete them.

    Users & account types

    Basic sees the top 3 and the basic report; Pro adds detailed scores and the open calls for the top 3; Admin sees and edits everything and is the only one who can run AI refreshes. A paid plan (later) sets Pro automatically.
